An Electronics Technician is a vital professional responsible for designing, testing, maintaining, and repairing electronic systems and equipment. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all electronic equipment handling.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of electronic systems and components.
  • Update technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing new technologies.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices when necessary.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the prototyping and testing phases during the development of new electronic products.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Electronics or a related technical field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic principles and circuit analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment.
  • Ability to interpret complex circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical service manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision in tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly.
