Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic company. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, or services. As part of the marketing team, you will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. An ideal candidate is someone who is both creative and collaborative, has a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and is able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position requires excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimally utilize marketing insights.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and increasing dwell time.
  • Plan and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Work on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and App Store Optimization (ASO) for a comprehensive digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and align with the brand’s vision.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Develop strategic planning goals and initiatives to enhance online presence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and work closely with other departments for content consistency.
  • Handle the budget to ensure expenditure meets the planned targets efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret web analytics data.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
