We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on DevOps principles, tools, and practices to our clients and internal teams. As a DevOps Trainer, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements to ensure that your training content remains current and relevant. You will work closely with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training materials and programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. This role demands excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and a deep understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools commonly used in the industry, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging DevOps training sessions to various audiences.
• Create training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and hands-on labs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
• Assess the learning needs of trainees and adapt content accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for small and large groups.
• Collaborate with other trainers to ensure cohesive training programs.
• Work with subject matter experts to enhance training effectiveness.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Assist in the development of online modules for remote learners.
• Mentor junior trainers and provide guidance on best training practices.
• Compile progress reports and training outcomes for stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement of the training curriculum based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation.
• Previous experience in delivering technical training or workshops is required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a clear teaching style.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of different backgrounds.
• Comfortable with remote teaching and using virtual learning environments.
• Passion for technology and a continuous learner of new tools and practices.
