Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up for resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and act as a company ambassador.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences.
  • Record and analyze customer interactions and information in the customer service database.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies for informed assistance.
  • Meet personal and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve customer support and service skills.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to provide product and service information.
  • Identify trends in customer complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional certifications preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience or related experience is required.
  • Strong active listening skills and willingness to learn and adapt rapidly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
