Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events and attractions.

• Keep accurate records of guest requests and report any concerns to management.
• Build and nurture relationships with local vendors and attractions.
• Assist in organizing large events or corporate meetings as needed.
• Maintain a well-organized and presentable concierge desk area at all times.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality in all guest interactions and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient knowledge of local hotels, attractions, and travel services.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest services.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
