Our premier hotel seeks a dedicated and professional Concierge to enhance our guest service experience. As a Concierge, you play a key role in representing the hotel and being the primary point of contact for our guests. Your main tasks include accommodating special requests, providing information about local attractions, and ensuring that all needs of our valued guests are met with efficiency and utmost courtesy. You should have an in-depth knowledge of the local area and venues, as well as a knack for anticipating guests’ needs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with excellent communication abilities and a passion for service. With your expertise, you will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests, ensuring they have the best visit possible and are eager to return.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information on the hotel's services and amenities.
• Assist guests with reservations at restaurants, theaters, and other venues.
• Recommend and arrange transport services such as car rentals and taxis.
• Offer insightful recommendations for local sightseeing tours and attractions.
• Handle guest complaints with tact and suggest suitable solutions.
• Facilitate any special requests, ensuring guest satisfaction and convenience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events and activities.
• Manage and connect with guests through digital platforms and feedback channels.
• 24/7 availability to assist and respond to guest inquiries effectively.
• Maintain a well-organized concierge desk to ensure efficiency in operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Concierge or a similar role is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge about the local area, venues, and events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility with work hours, including nights and weekends if required.
