Job Description

The Client Relationship Executive is a vital role entrusted with establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively. The executive will proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. This position plays a pivotal role in the company's success by driving client retention, expanding client relationships, and ensuring our service delivery meets client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to strategically consult with clients to determine their business needs and recommend services that add value to their operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with clients regarding their service status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
  • Negotiate contract terms and renewals with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for client account growth and cross-selling services.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain client trust.
  • Track and report on client KPIs and satisfaction levels to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement client relationship strategies to increase client engagement.
  • Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve product and service offerings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends that can impact client relationships and company offerings.
  • Attend client meetings and events to strengthen relations and gather insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client management or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to think strategically under pressure.
  • Proven track record in building client satisfaction and loyalty in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for client data management.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
