We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product questions, discrepancies, and system navigation.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to higher management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the team to improve service delivery and customer support processes.
  • Handle multiple chat windows simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Achieve targeted customer satisfaction metrics and performance goals consistently.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or chat support role is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks consecutively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and chat tools.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn new applications.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
