CCTV Technician 13F25

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Technician to join our team. As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems. You will need to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that security cameras and related equipment are installed effectively and efficiently. Your role will include troubleshooting system malfunctions and conducting routine maintenance checks to maximize the operational efficiency of CCTV systems. You should have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to keeping pace with advancing technology will also be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV systems at various locations according to specifications.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on all installed CCTV systems and components.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of CCTV systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system usage queries.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed.
• Test system components to ensure optimal functionality and performance levels.
• Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and security standards.
• Provide demonstration and training sessions to clients and end-users.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment and system components.
• Assist in the design and planning of new CCTV system installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Solid understanding of CCTV systems, components, and installation processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to set guidelines and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
