Job Description

We are seeking a well-spoken and professional Call Centre Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be at the frontline of communication, interacting with customers to provide them with immediate assistance and support. Your primary role is to offer high-quality service through various communication channels, including telephone conversations and email correspondence. Success in this position requires the ability to handle a wide range of inquiries promptly and with a personable demeanor. You must have excellent communication skills, a patient attitude, and the commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers at all times.
  • Update customer information accurately in the company database.
  • Provide detailed information about company products and services.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Follow up on customer calls to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by management.
  • Engage customers in a friendly, engaging, and empathetic manner.
  • Stay informed about new services, products, and policies within the company.
  • Assist in sales promotions by providing product knowledge when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call centre or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus.
