Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Call Centre Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been satisfactorily met.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
  • Use CRM systems to manage call logs and update customer information.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the company for call handling.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks to support the call centre operations.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment with open communication and feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be able to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Customer-focused mentality with a genuine desire to assist and please people.
