Job Description

As the Call Center Sales Manager & Head – Outbound B2B Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving sales strategies and achieving targets for our dynamic call center operations. You will lead a team of motivated sales agents, guiding them to reach their full potential while delivering exceptional service to our business clients. Your role will involve strategic planning, training, and analysis, ensuring the team is equipped to handle outbound B2B sales initiatives efficiently. You will contribute to developing robust sales methodologies, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high-performance standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outbound B2B sales strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of call center sales agents effectively.
  • Establish performance metrics and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
  • Create training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales approaches and methods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing a call center or sales team, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for team management.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
