Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services as viable solutions. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, nurture leads, and develop strategies that will ultimately lead to closed deals and increased revenue. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights on market trends and opportunities. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where your skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking will be essential to succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients through research and networking activities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to target new client sectors.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients to increase loyalty.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospects to demonstrate our offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Track and document all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on client needs and market demands.
  • Organize and participate in networking events to promote our business offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably B2B.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales deals.
  • High level of initiative with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
