The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in the growth and expansion of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Participate in networking activities to further expand business relationships.

  • Coordinate and set up meetings between potential clients and sales executives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze customer data for improved sales outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Track sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunity within the pipeline.
  • Support marketing campaigns by providing insights and feedback on sales strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions with actionable insights on market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related business development role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market trends and data.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
