Job Description

The Business Development Manager is a critical leader within our organization, responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic business plans that align with our company’s objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proven track record in sales or business development, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic business development plans and initiatives to drive company growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess the success of business development strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company brand.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills needed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred.
