Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy with the goal of driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the front of the company and will require the dedication to create and apply an effective business growth strategy. If you are a strategic thinker with a love for developing business growth strategies and a drive to close deals, we'd like to meet you! Your role is crucial in acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with the clients while keeping our company competitive and innovative in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and foster relationships.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., accurately.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople through mentoring and guidance.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as a representative of the company.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results in sales and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement new market initiatives and strategies to grow the business.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive or similar role.
  • Proven sales track record with a strong ability to drive the sales process.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Market knowledge regarding different sectors and business landscapes.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
