Job Description

A Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving organizational success by leveraging data-driven insights and strategies to inform business decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work across various departments to gather data, conduct risk assessments, develop business cases, and present findings to senior management. By understanding the needs and objectives of the organization, you will assist in creating improved workflows and systems that align with business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and business needs.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed process changes and enhancements.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gain stakeholder consensus.
  • Track and report on the status of ongoing projects to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop use cases, process models, and data flow diagrams to support solution design efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business analysis activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new business areas and product lines.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar position.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software such as MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
