Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a business analysis or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and business improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of IT systems and processes and practical knowledge of software development life cycles.
