Job Description

The position of Branch In-charge at a food outlet is a dynamic and highly responsible role designed to drive the overall success and profitability of the designated location. The Branch In-charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and achieving financial targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and manage orders and deliveries within budget constraints.

  • Prepare and manage the branch’s budget, including controlling costs and boosting profitability.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss performance and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Oversee the scheduling and workload of staff members to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Collaborate with upper management to align branch goals with overall company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead a diverse team.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex customer queries.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs effectively.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and food industry standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
