You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts as well as identifying and reporting defects. Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Identify and analyze software bugs, documenting issues for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers to understand features and specifications for testing.
• Execute automated test cases and evaluate results for improving quality assurance.
• Maintain and update existing automation frameworks and tools for tests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams during the software development lifecycle.
• Perform load and performance testing to ensure software efficiency and scalability.
• Develop test plans and strategies for new software applications and updates.
• Review test scripts written by other team members to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and report on test execution progress and results to stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and provide recommendations for fixes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools in test automation technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven experience in QA automation with a focus on software testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, QTP, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot software defects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
