The role of an Associate Product Marketing Manager is vital in bridging the gap between product development and sales by ensuring the products meet market demand and the needs of customers. This position supports the senior product marketing team in crafting market strategies, launching new products, and maintaining the competitive edge of existing products. The Associate Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in understanding customer insights and leveraging these insights to enhance and position the product correctly in the market. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to align product features with market demand.
  • Create and maintain product marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and demos.
  • Coordinate and support product launch activities and contribute to the go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze and report on product performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and information.
  • Identify and document customer testimonials and case studies to support marketing efforts.
  • Manage and update product-specific content on websites and digital platforms.
  • Monitor competitor products, marketing campaigns, and key announcements in the industry.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss product marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
