The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition role is a vital position within our organization, responsible for leading and optimizing the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent. Working closely with department heads, this role ensures alignment of the hiring strategy with business needs and objectives. The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure the acquisition of qualified candidates. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, and effective talent sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the growth and development of our workforce, and ultimately, the achievement of our company's goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to define hiring criteria and job profiles.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of current strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company's employer brand in the talent market.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to source potential candidates.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external job boards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through all stages of recruitment.
  • Consult with HR to improve retention strategies and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and processes.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
