Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of our organization. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop strategies that seek out top talent and align hiring initiatives with our business objectives. Your insights will drive the recruitment process from start to finish, including developing job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and engaging with candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide exceptional guidance and support throughout the recruitment process. Your role will require a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution, and you will have the opportunity to influence key hiring decisions while promoting our brand and values. Your efforts will help us build a strong, diverse, and effective team that will drive the success and growth of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description development to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee and improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Screen resumes and job applications, conducting initial assessments and interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams with precision.
  • Foster and nurture positive relationships with candidates for a positive hiring experience.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Provide training and support to recruiting staff and enhance recruitment best practices.
  • Manage and optimize employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related HR function.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across a range of industries or functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and HR databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
