Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee development programs aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Analyze HR data and report findings to guide strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding policy changes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant with regulations.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual manpower planning and budgeting processes.
  • Support the creation and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Organize team-building activities to boost employee morale and engagement.
  • Assist in the development of diversity and inclusion programs within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources management position.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices globally.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this role.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest levels of confidentiality.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
