We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Admin Assistant will support our management team and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure document and data accuracy.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Organize office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.
  • Support other departments as needed, providing comprehensive administrative support.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update internal databases as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high resilience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • High School diploma or equivalent education; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.
