As an Account Executive in Talent Solutions at 30N25, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition efforts through the effective sale and management of our comprehensive suite of talent solutions. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance their talent acquisition strategies using our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new prospective clients to offer 30N25 Talent Solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for continued partnership.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to comprehensively understand client requirements.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with our client's HR goals.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track opportunities and manage client interactions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other key performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities for a competitive edge.
  • Facilitate client training sessions for new and existing product enhancements.
  • Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and client challenges.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to further business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably within HR solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and accordingly propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce to manage client data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong initiative and proactive approach in anticipating client needs and challenges.
