Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management in talent solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales productivity tools is required.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
