An Account Executive - Corporate is a crucial player within the company, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. The Account Executive is in charge of developing strategic plans to meet client needs and enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow each corporate account's revenue portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to manage expectations and address issues.
  • Analyze market trends to predict client needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored pitches and proposals to secure long-term contracts.
  • Regularly assess satisfaction levels to improve and innovate client offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize benefits for both parties involved.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interaction and progress using CRM tools.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Exceed client retention targets by delivering consistent business value.
  • Mentor junior account executives to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and revenue-generation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage client relationships and data effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth benchmarks.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
