Job Description

An Account Executive at 18F26 plays a crucial role in managing and growing client relationships while strategically navigating the company’s offerings to meet client needs. The Account Executive will be responsible for understanding client goals and working closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings.
  • Prepare customized presentation materials and proposals that align with client goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize mutual benefit.
  • Track and forecast client growth against sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to management and clients for review and feedback.
  • Organize and lead regular client meetings to discuss current and future projects.
  • Continuously gather and report customer feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align client engagement strategies with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required for client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High-level proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
