Job Description

Independently plan and execute seat assignments for projects and deals using the designated space management tool.
Assess requirements, identify feasible options, and recommend practical space solutions considering capacity, business priorities, cost, and operational constraints.
Provide guidance to space administrators and stakeholders on seat, meeting room, enclosed space, training room, projector, and Surface Hub reservations.
Communicate risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and expected outcomes clearly to business stakeholders and space planning leads.
Plan and perform periodic reconciliation with on-ground Workplace Operations teams; investigate variances and ensure corrections are completed.
Accurately track inventory changes, approvals, seat loss, space tagging, renumbering, restorations, and associated documentation.
Analyze space, inventory, query, and service data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for optimization.
Provide work guidance and knowledge support to analysts and space administrators on standard processes and complex cases.
