As a Workday Technical- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will specialize in Workday's suite of cloud-based software, managing applications for HR, finance, payroll, and more, to help clients achieve their strategic goals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement and support Workday solutions effectively
• Specializing in Workday's suite of cloud-based applications for HR, finance, and payroll
• Collaborating with clients and team members to optimize operational efficiency
• Providing training and support for seamless integration of Workday applications
• Developing skills in Workday Extend, Workday Integration, and Workday Prism Analytics
• Engaging in process improvement and strategic technology planning
• Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
• Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver quality work
• Building a personal brand through consistent delivery and ownership of tasks

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Prism Analytics
• Utilizing Workday Studio for seamless integration solutions
• Engaging in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Applying business transformation skills to enhance client operations
• Excelling in active listening and accepting feedback for continuous improvement
