As a Workday Finance - Senior Associate you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless use of financial systems within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your personal brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will help clients optimize financial processes, improve reporting, and adapt Workday finance solutions to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing Workday Finance client requirements and translating business needs into functional solution design
- Configuring Workday Financial Management, reporting, and planning capabilities to support finance operations and controls
- Supporting finance transformation efforts through data migration, integrations, security design, and system testing activities
- Developing client deliverables that document process flows, configuration decisions, and deployment considerations
- Interpreting financial reporting needs and aligning Workday functionality with accounting and reporting requirements
- Reviewing assigned workstreams for quality, identifying gaps, and resolving issues across implementation activities
- Guiding junior team members on task execution, methodology use, and issue resolution across client engagements
- Building client relationships by anticipating project needs and communicating progress, risks, and next steps clearly

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one Workday Financial Management certification in Financials or Expenses
- Implementing Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, or Expenses
- Supporting finance transformation, reporting, and controls in client engagements
- Interpreting finance requirements and translating them into system configurations
- Applying critical thinking to complex Workday finance workstreams and issues
- Guiding junior team members while adapting to changing client needs
