Job Description

Responsibiltites

Plan and curate wedding concepts, themes, and overall guest experiences
Understand client requirements, preferences, vision, and budget expectations
Coordinate with vendors including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainment teams, etc.
Prepare detailed event timelines, checklists, and execution plans
Manage wedding budgets and ensure effective cost optimization
Handle guest management, RSVPs, hospitality, and logistics coordination
Oversee end-to-end on-ground execution of all wedding functions
Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and ensure seamless event flow
Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors and partners
Maintain high standards of client servicing and guest experience throughout the event journey
Collaborate with internal creative, production, and operations teams for smooth execution
Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination across all stakeholders involved in the event
