About The Role

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the design and execution of our end-to-end warehouse network, inventory management systems, and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will bridge central strategy with ground execution, building the blueprint for our warehouse inventory, optimizing our rider fleet, and overseeing the rollout of our enterprise ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Strategy: Design central inventory frameworks, safety stock models, and replenishment strategies across warehouses to minimize stockouts and improve order fulfillment velocity.
• ERP Implementation & Integration: Lead the deployment and optimization of our ERP system for real-time inventory tracking, warehouse management (WMS), and order orchestration.
• Last-Mile & Fleet Optimization: Define routing, capacity planning, and operational SLAs for the rider fleet to ensure rapid, cost-effective delivery.
• Network & Scale Design: Lead high-impact central initiatives to optimize warehouse network footprints, hub-and-spoke models, and storage efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Supply Chain, Tech, Procurement, and Growth teams to translate company-level targets into executable operational roadmaps.
  
  

• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce supply chain, warehouse inventory strategy, or central operations strategy.
• Domain Mastery: Proven track record in setting up warehouse operations, managing rider fleets/last-mile logistics, and integrating robust ERP/WMS platforms.
• Analytical Capability: High proficiency in data-driven decision-making, capacity modeling, and inventory forecasting.
• Education: B.Tech / MBA from a tier-1 institute (IITs, IIMs, NITs, or equivalent) preferred.
