Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic broker alliance plan to expand market reach and revenue streams.
• Build, nurture and manage a high-performing broker network across India, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and onboard new broker partners by demonstrating value and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and support mechanisms that enhance partner engagement and performance.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting broker activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers and alliance specialists to achieve targets.

• Proven experience in broker network development within the fintech or financial services sector
• Strong strategic planning and partnership management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in India related to financial and fintech services
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing teams
