Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering software engineering solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully balancing the practical aspects of technical implementation with the original design vision. The position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure that the user interface is both intuitive and effective, contributing to the creation of seamless and engaging digital interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback to refine user experience prototypes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve prototype designs based on user testing and technical constraints.
- Document prototype development processes and share knowledge with team members to foster collective growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft User Interface Design.
- Strong skills in translating design concepts into interactive prototypes.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Ability to assess technical feasibility while maintaining design integrity.
- Familiarity with front-end development tools and technologies to support prototype creation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address design and implementation challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft User Interface Design.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
