✅Previous experience in a compliance team leadership or management role

✅Strong experience in compliance auditing and audit processes

✅Previous experience managing a team of at least 8 people

✅Demonstrable experience managing diverse, multi-level teams

✅Preferred: Experience within the UK Healthcare Compliance sector

✅Experience in Quality Assurance, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance

✅Strong experience in team performance management, reporting and people management
