Job Description

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Gurugram

Mandatory Skills:

React, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, Redux, TanStack Query (React Query), React Testing Library (RLT), Jest

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for enterprise React application ecosystems and frontend engineering standards.

• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

• Lead strategic technical decisions related to scalable React architecture and frontend modernization initiatives.

• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.

• Architect reusable React component frameworks and scalable frontend application solutions.

• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.

• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.

• Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.

• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.

• Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
