TRANSPORT EXECUTIVE

Position Executive Transport:

Key Responsibilities : 

 1. To ensure on time tracking and reporting of the fleet to employees and fleet availability on ground from the vendor in the facility, as per the deployment. 2. Coordinating with Vendor Supervisor/Site In-Charge and ensuring the backup plans in case of fleet shortages. 3. Timely attending Helpdesk calls and addressing employees concerns. 4. Ensuring timely route generation on Transport Technology Solution Tool and deployment of vehicles as per the defined allocations of the Vendors. 5. Highlighting the Transport TL in case of unavailibility of required fleet in advance. 6. Deployment of route charts at dropping area, as per timelines. 7. Timely distributing of rosters to all the Vendor Supervisors. 8. Ensuring scheduling efficiency and utilization are maintained while routes planning. 9. Ensuring Escort guard requirements in each of the Pickups/Drops. 10. Ensuring drop cabs are parked on respective dropping zone at least 10 minutes to the scheduled departure time. 11. Checking the drivers/supervisors compliance condition, drivers should not be drowsy and under influence of alchohol/working beyond hours in the dropping zone. 12. Drivers regular briefing and training along with Transport TL on ground. 13. Maintaining daily reports on Helpdesk/Route allocation/Incidents. Key performance measures 1. On-Time departure of vehicles for Pickups/Drops. 2. OTA and OTD. 3. Compliances Control/Incident management. 4. Stakeholder management. 5. Punctuality, Proactiveness, Team work, Functonal knowledge and driving initiatives.
