As a Telecaller with Dreamz Hospitality, you'll manage both inbound and outbound calls, helping to drive our customer engagement and service excellence. Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Calls: Receive and address inbound calls from customers, providing information and assistance as required for Dreamz Hospitality.
• Conduct Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote services, gather feedback, or provide updates.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system, keeping records current and detailed for Dreamz Hospitality.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales initiatives by following up on leads, offering promotions, and closing sales as needed.
• Script Adherence: Follow company scripts and guidelines during calls to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
• Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets for Dreamz Hospitality.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and provide insights to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges.
  
  

• Educational Qualification: No specific educational requirements; all education levels are welcome to apply for the Telecaller role at Dreamz Hospitality.
• Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
