Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, update knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting, and collaborate with vendors while assisting service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. Your role is pivotal in maintaining seamless operations and enhancing service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
