YOUR TASKS

We are seeking a proactive and result oriented to drive our sales for Products & contribute to drive sales thru Hella Quick Service – HQS Partners in the automotive aftermarket sector.

This role focuses on driving demand creation for the existing products and maintaining market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying growth opportunities, building customer relationships, and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience Required: Candidate must have overall experience of 10 - 12 years.

Reporting To: National Sales Head

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop customer - HQS measures and initiatives for the business sustainability

Product training for Mechanics, Distributors & HQS.

Proactively identify and generate demand for products by engaging with High Potential customers, distributors, retailers & HQS.

Implement warranty policy for the settlement of failed parts claim with distributors.

Work closely with sales team to optimize secondary sales supply and meet sales targets.

Share market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive edge on the products.

Work closely with team for the Product related issues.

Your Qualifications

Desired Skills

Proven experience in handling electrical as well as Mechanical products

Proven experience in technical handling products with Service centers & mechanics

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge in MS office & ready to adopt flexible timings
