Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, capacity infrastructure.
- Experience in managing the delivery/build/implementation of long-haul dark fiber and metro fiber plants.
- Experience in working with telecom vendors throughout the Asia-Pacific region with managing projects and working on carrier relations/vendor management.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and Layer 1-3 network services and technologies including dark fiber, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Ethernet, and Internet Protocols (IP).

Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of Dark Fiber (DF) and Leased Waves (LW) from order to acceptance.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Review metrics pertaining to a program, monitor metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
- Manage the delivery lifecycle. Work with Dark Fiber (DF), Leased Waves (LW), Metro Optical Fiber Networks (MOFN).
- Work with Bulk Fiber, IP Outside-of-Band (IPOOB), Cross Connections (XC), Disconnections.
