Tech Bus Engagement Analyst

Overview

To provide SAP expertise in gathering business requirement and mapping in terms of Finance & controlling, Product costing & COPA related activities, deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration. Product costing, Cost centre/Internal order Accounting, Profitability analysis, System design, customization, logic building, margin analysis, COPA table management, reporting etc. troubleshooting etc which helps organization to analyse its profitability as per market segments by extracting sales, profit/loss and cost related data from other modules like SD, PP and MM.

Responsibilities

• Understanding Pepsico Business process and understand the business requirements and map the solution in SAP independently
• Writing functional specifications and designs.
• Investigate GAP solution and make recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of process definition.
• Serve as key team member for SAP Controlling related projects.
• Ensure, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps.
• Play the role of SAP FICO lead for the India BU and ensure end-to-end delivery of various SAP-FICO, enhancements, and new projects.
• Collaborate with Sector FICO Leads / Delivery teams for lift & shift opportunities for the BU
• Work with Global/Sector DevSecOps team for implementation of new digital capabilities in FI/CO area.
• Provide month end and year end support.
• Supporting shared service team sitting offshore
• Support in various internal, corporate and statutory audits
• Preparing of various documentation for SAP solutions
• Partner with supply chain Finance and controls teams to ensure automation of controls and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance to PICT Controls for all relevant IT functions.
• Analyse existing business processes, gathering business users requirements, and functional specifications, conducting gap analysis and updating relevant documentation.
• Performed business process mapping, preparation of Blueprint document, conducted GAP analysis, implementing improvements and re-engineering process wherever necessary.
• Identified control solutions for business process which may include configuration controls, access control, manual and/or management reporting controls.
• Prepared project documentation including Business Process Procedure, Functional Specifications, Test Cases, Configuration Document and User Manual.
  
  

• Core expertise in SAP ECC 4.7, 6.0 (must) or S/4 HANA (optional) and certified in SAP FICO.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Controlling domain with CA/ICWA or MBA from reputed institute.
