About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our Onecom Partners team in India. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management for our India-based operations team. Your primary focus will be to foster a highly engaged, high-performing team culture while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support to our valued partner base.

As the single reporting line for all India employees within the Partner Operations division, you will drive consistent people management, support professional development, and ensure seamless alignment with our UK operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, manage, and inspire all Onecom Partners India employees, cultivating a positive and high-performing team environment.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support team member growth and development.
• Manage team schedules, including attendance, absences, and holidays, while promoting employee wellbeing in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with UK leadership to gather performance feedback and implement effective development and career progression plans.
• Oversee resource and workload management to ensure optimal operational coverage and timely service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of leadership for all Onecom Partners operational functions within India.
• Work closely with UK stakeholders to drive performance, maintain consistency, and champion continuous improvement.
• Support the onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.
• Ensure all partner and customer queries are resolved efficiently and with proactive communication..

• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting performance reviews, coaching conversations, and managing employee engagement.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with remote or international teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead effectively.
• A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritise your own and your team's workload to meet deadlines.
• You are personable, confident, and remain calm when faced with challenges.
