Team Lead - Revenue Influencer Marketing

We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to own and grow the Affiliate business at Wishlink. You'll lead a team of 5, driving day-to-day execution while directly managing relationships with our top-performing creators — the backbone of our affiliate revenue. This is a role for someone who thrives on data, structure, and getting into the weeds to solve problems.

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What Would You Be Doing?

• Lead and manage a team of 5, running daily stand-ups to track progress, unblock issues, and keep the team aligned on priorities
• Own relationships with top affiliate creators, ensuring they're engaged, supported, and set up to maximize their earnings on the platform
• Monitor affiliate business performance daily — GMV, clicks, conversions, and creator earnings — and take corrective action where needed
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in creator performance using data, and translate findings into action plans
• Build and refine processes to make the team's day-to-day execution faster and more scalable
• Coach and mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles and improve their output quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Ops) to resolve creator issues and improve the affiliate experience
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership
  
  

What Are We Looking For?

• Btech or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, Influencer marketing, account management, operations, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
• Highly analytical, with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and content-led brand campaigns..
