Tax Operations Specialist

Location - Gurugram (On Site)

Responsibilities

• Manage RAS (Reclaims & Relief at Source) and UBO disclosures across countries
• Oversee global transaction taxes and dividend withholding tax
• Handle US tax reporting (871(m), 1042) and FR seizure cases
• Understand corporate actions and the trade life cycle
• Document process changes, escalate issues, and work closely with Operations and Regulatory teams
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
  
  

Your Profile

The role covers withholding tax, tax reporting (incl. IRS 871(m), 1042-S), transaction taxes, stamp taxes, tax reclaims, and relief at source.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Required experience 2- 5 years.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with dividend withholding tax preferred
• Knowledge of W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E is an advantage
