Job Description

• We're expanding our HR team with rockstar TA Specialists/Senior HR Executives- Talent Acquisition (4-7 years of experience) to make Zippee: The best Place to work At.
• You will implement strategies to recruit, hire, and onboard rockstar talent.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
• NOTE: You must have your own laptop.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end hiring across Corporate and Operations roles.
• Build high-quality talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, ownership, and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to drive closures while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and recruitment MIS with high accuracy.
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve hiring quality, turnaround time, and source effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
• 4-7 years of volume hiring experience at startups. Bonus points if you have prior HR or blue-collar hiring experience at a logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce company.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills.
