Job Title: Recruiter – Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 67

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience Required: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and lateral positions

Manage mid to senior-level hiring across multiple functions

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines

Skills & Competencies:-

Experience in corporate and lateral recruitment

Exposure to mid to senior-level hiring

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements

High ownership and follow-up orientation

Note:- Lateral hiring experience is mandatory
