About The Role

We’re looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Lead who can build and scale hiring across Corporate, Tech, and Sales. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a team, work closely with founders/business leaders, and drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring across Corporate, Tech, and Sales functions
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters
• Partner with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
• Drive strong hiring outcomes with clear ownership on numbers and delivery
• Build and optimize sourcing strategies, channels, and employer branding
• Manage and extract performance from recruitment vendors/agencies
• Track, analyze, and improve hiring metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost, funnel efficiency)
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and candidate experience
  
  

• 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across Corporate + Sales hiring
• Proven experience managing and leading recruiter teams
• Strong track record of delivering hiring targets in high-growth/startups
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making
• High ownership, execution focus, and bias for action
